1. Parties and Scope of Service
These B2B Terms of Use and User Agreement ("Agreement") are concluded between Serbest Çelebi ("MüşteriBulucu" or "Platform") and the corporate entity or professional individual registering to access corporate directory data ("User"). Non-registered visitors browsing the public website are also subject to general site usage terms.
The platform is a B2B Market Intelligence & Corporate Directory offering sector search, geographical filtering, contact channel preview, and CSV/Excel export features. The service does not constitute a transfer of data ownership or marketing consent.
2. Permitted Use and Prohibitions
Users may utilize directory data solely for lawful, proportionate, and verifiable business research purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, unauthorized duplication, or resale of platform data to third parties,
- Using obtained communication channels for unsolicited bulk marketing, spamming, automated robocalls, or unlawful electronic commercial communications,
- Reverse engineering or tampering with platform security mechanisms.
The User acknowledges and agrees that they act as an independent data controller regarding any downstream use of data obtained from the directory. The User is solely responsible for compliance with electronic commercial messaging laws (including Law No. 6563 in Turkey, IYS registry rules, and applicable anti-spam regulations). MüşteriBulucu assumes no liability for unlawful commercial outreach conducted by users.
3. Beta Credits System
Beta credits are complimentary usage rights granted to evaluate search capabilities during the test period. There is currently no paid subscription, recurring billing, or credit purchase mechanism active. Any technical error regarding free credit consumption is reviewed through our support desk.
4. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction
MüşteriBulucu provides its service on an "as-is" basis, subject to mandatory legal provisions. In disputes arising from this Agreement between non-consumer commercial entities, Turkish Law shall apply and Istanbul (Çağlayan) Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
